This form is being submitted 14 days prior to my event.
Campus Department and Committee events (both virtual and in-person) are required to be registered at least 14 days in advance. This parameter is in place to ensure that proper planning is carried out, campus departments have received notification, risk is able to be managed, contracts are able to be signed, and payments are able to be processed. Unfortunately, if your event does not meet this parameter. Please select a new date for your event to take place.
Note:
All contracts for events must be co-signed with the Director of Student Life and Ministry. This should also be provided to the Director 14 days in advance.
